Hotel Winterberg Resort

This hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the cleanliness of this hotel was really good. The breakfast was fresh and varied, and the staff was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Even the Paderborn-Lippstadt airport was not so far. Nordhang Jause is easy walk to the hotel. We think we would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable and modern stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was perfectly arranged upon our arrival. The location was ideal for skiing, with the lifts just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with delicious bread from their own bakery.

Limited breakfast variety and overcrowded ski runs. Although breakfast was included, the choices were limited to basic options, and there was little change each day.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from Winterberg center and conveniently located near the ski lift. The staff and owner are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms may be basic, but they are clean, comfortable, and have good beds. The breakfast provided is extensive and includes delicious fresh bread from their own bakery.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short break and it exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were also very helpful and accommodating, even going so far as to assist with my limited German-speaking skills. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. The attention to detail was impressive, with white-glove standards of cleanliness. Lastly, the location was perfect for my skiing trip, with the nearest lift just a short walk away. It made accessing the slopes incredibly convenient.

All aspects of my stay were perfectly fine, with no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is ideally situated, a stone's throw away from the Pizzeria Colosseum and easily accessible to the ski lift. Our room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread and a good selection of options. the hotel boasts a well-maintained swimming pool and a fitness room to enjoy.

The noise from other guests could be disruptive at times.

During the Christmas break, we spent some time at a hotel in a ski resort. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we had the option of a half board arrangement, so we never had to search for something to eat after a long day of skiing. The hotel was located right by the slopes, which was very convenient, and the equipment rental facility was right there too. Another great aspect was the cozy atmosphere of the dining area.

Although the hotel had some advantages, there were some negative aspects as well. The heating was out of control, and the room was incredibly dusty and dirty. When we brought up our concerns with the staff, they didn't seem to care at all. Additionally, the room was extremely small, with no space to move around, and the decor was old-fashioned. Finally, we were never informed of the extra taxes we had to pay on top of the quoted price.
